COVETED HR AWARDS
HR awards keep rolling in, and capital among them is the BML Munjal Award 2022 for ‘Business Excellence through Learning and Development’ in the Sustained Excellence category, which recognized our investments in people through sustainable programmes like development centres, leadership development programmes, and online learning.

International recognition
In the critical realm of Talent Development, we won two coveted international awards at the Association for Talent Development (ATD) International Conference and Exposition 2022, held in Orlando, Florida, by bagging the ‘ATD BEST Award 2022’ and ‘ATD Excellence in Practice Award 2022’ in the areas of leadership and talent development. L&T was placed 16th among the top 20 ranked companies. The ATD Excellence in Practice Award 2022 recognized the winning practice titled ‘Leadership Development of High Potential Mid-Level Managers’, which specifically focuses on developing the competencies of leaders and managers, including emotional quotient, communication, and critical thinking skills.
The Gold Award at the 2022 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards under the category of ‘Best Advance in High Potential Development 2022 – Talent Development’ was another prized catch that recognized our best Talent Management practices and programmes implemented to identify and nurture future or emerging leaders and empower them to take on new and more challenging roles, in an ever-changing business environment.
Fulfilling lofty ambitions
The L&T Group has been ranked among India’s 25 Best Mega Companies for 2022 by AmbitionBox Best Places to Work based on a study of employees’ reviews and ratings from 7 lakh+ companies, recognizing L&T as the country’s largest employee choice. We were ranked 14th with a rating of 4.01 out of 5 in the ‘Mega Company’ category (more than 50,000 employees). There was more to cheer about as two of our ICs took top spots under the ‘Construction Company’ category: TI IC (1st rank) and B&F (2nd rank).
To round off, L&T won two coveted awards at the 7th Edition of the HR Excellence Summit & Awards 2022 organized by BusinessWorld (BW) People, some of the most sought-after in the HR fraternity, that recognize HR strategy and operational excellence to celebrate the very best who bear the torch of excellence in the HR landscape of India and are the guardians of India’s finest People Practices. We won in the category of ‘Excellence in Talent Acquisition’ and finished as runners-up for ‘Excellence in HR Technology’.
